Ros Heath - Matron

Ros Heath - Matron
Ros has enjoyed working in elderly care ever since her placements on the elderly care wards as a student nurse at Winchester Hospital. She then worked as a ward sister in Brighton General Hospital, before moving to working in care homes as a Deputy Matron.

Since 1998 Ros has worked as a nursing home matron and holds the Registered Managers Award, NVQ 4, and is a qualified assessor.

Alison Bruce - Director of Care
Having completed her training at St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London, Alison then went to work for two years in Saudi Arabia. Upon her return to England she held a variety of nursing posts before being appointed Matron of New Forest Nursing Home.

In 1996 Sentinel took over the home and soon after Alison was appointed Director of Care for the Group. This involves a challenging but rewarding schedule of overseeing the day-to-day running of all the homes.

Recently Alison completed her FDSC in Care Home management at Bournemouth University.
