Jane McClatchey - Matron
Jane qualified as a registered General Nurse in
1991 at The Royal Hampshire County Hospital, Winchester and since then Jane
has held a variety of roles in elderly nursing care.
Jane has held a number of senior positions from Acting Manager, Matron and Matron/Manager to her present role as Matron of Waverley Lodge since February 2007.
Jane has recently attained her Registered Managers Award.
Alison Bruce - Director of Care
Having completed her training at St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London,
Alison then went to work for two years in Saudi Arabia. Upon her return to
England she held a variety of nursing posts before being appointed Matron
of New Forest Nursing Home.
In 1996 Sentinel took over the home and soon after Alison was appointed Director of Care for the Group. This involves a challenging but rewarding schedule of overseeing the day-to-day running of all the homes.
Recently Alison completed her FDSC in Care Home management at Bournemouth University.
